After splicing, a 5-10mm dark area is formed, forming a continuous "zebra pattern" on the 100-meter curtain wall, seriously damaging the night image of the building. JBOAN's special docking connector adopts a miniaturized and embedded structure design, extending the arrangement of lamp beads to the edge of the lamp. After docking, the spacing between adjacent lamp beads is consistent with the interior, eliminating dark areas from the optical source. The special butt joint not only solves the optical dark area, but also enhances the engineering stability. Using pure copper gold-plated contacts, it has excellent electrical conductivity, anti-oxidation, and does not generate heat, ensuring that there will be no poor contact or brightness attenuation during long-term use. The outer layer is equipped with double silicone waterproof rings, with a protection level of IP68. The waterproof, dustproof, and salt spray resistance of the splicing joint are the same as those of the lamp body, eliminating failures caused by water ingress into the joints. At the same time, it supports quick plug-in and unplug, which increases the installation efficiency by 50%, making high-altitude operations safer and more convenient, and greatly shortening the construction cycle.
